• Drawings created with SiteBuildHub may require review by licensed professionals depending on local rules.
• Users are responsible for checking building codes, permit requirements, property boundaries, setbacks, easements, and jobsite conditions.
• SiteBuildHub does not guarantee permit approval.
• SiteBuildHub does not replace official utility locate services.
• Before excavation or ground disturbance, users must contact the proper local utility locate service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you enter, for verifying site conditions, and for complying with all laws, codes, and regulations that apply to your work. Drawings created with SiteBuildHub reflect the information you provide and do not constitute professional advice.

Data and storage

Drawings and workspace settings on current plans are stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser data will remove them. Export important drawings as PDF or PNG for permanent records.
