Refund Policy
SiteBuildHub is a digital software product. Subscription access may begin immediately after purchase, so fees are generally non-refundable after access or usage unless required by law.
Billing errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review billing errors, duplicate charges, and account-access issues case by case.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior periods, partial months, unused time, or charges that occurred before cancellation.
How to request help
Email support@sitebuildhub.com with the account email, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment details by email.
